We, namely JSC “STANKOTEKHNIKA”, represent a sister company of JSC “TULAMASHZAVOD”.
We are known as a leading company of Russia involved into production of the equipment for oil field industry, such as blow-out preventers. We are interested in procurement of high-quality cast bars of steel with the following characteristics:

1. Steel for vital high-loaded body-parts.
Mechanical properties:
Ultimate strength – 780 MPa, min;
Yield strength – 690 MPa;
Elongation – 10%;
Contraction- 20%;
Impact strength at a temperature of minus 50?C – 390 KJ/m2;
Brinnel hardness – 229…285 HB.
The parts weight is from 100 to 3500 kg.

2. Steel for vital parts.

Mechanical properties:
Ultimate strength – 638 MPa, min;
Yield strength – 491 MPa;
Elongation – 12%;
Contraction – 25%;
Impact strength at a temperature of minus 50?C – 392 KJ/m2.
The parts weight is from 100 to 700 kg.
3. Steel for parts working under harsh operating environment (in aggressive medium with Н2S and CO2 content up to 6% each)
Chemical composition:
Carbon – 0.25-0.35%;
Manganese - 0.50 – 0.80%;
Silicon - 0.20 – 0.50%;
Phosphorus – 0.04%, max;
Sulfur – 0.04%, max;
Chromium – 0.80-1.20%.
Mechanical properties:
Ultimate strength – 677 MPa;
Yield strength – 344 MPa;
Elongation – 14%;
Contraction – 25%;
Impact strength at a temperature of minus 50?C – 265 KJ/m2;
Rockwell hardness – 20…24 HRC.
The parts weight is from 100 to 4500 kg.
The castings of the above-mentioned steels are to be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection.
Approximately the annual purchase order is expected to be 470 tons.
